Ray is an instantly relatable and highly motivated individual with a wealth of diverse life experiences to draw from. With over 22 years of front-line service in the NZ Police, including the rank of Sergeant, and two Queens Commendations for bravery, Ray's impressive background is a testament to his drive and dedication.
Ray's insight and empathy allow him to ask the difficult questions when needed, resulting in a thorough fact-finding process and needs analysis to assess his clients' personal and/or business situations. He is skilled in advising clients on ways of spreading the risk across multiple areas, specifically protecting their lifestyle, family & businesses. Married to Rhonda and with three adult children, Ray shares his home with three pets: a ragdoll named Toast, a Maine coon named Emmy, and a German Shepherd named Nino.
When Ray isn't working, you can find him at the golf driving range or at the table tennis stadium. He knows the importance of relaxation and taking time for oneself, and it's something he encourages his clients to prioritise as well.

Having grown up surrounded by Insurance, Racquel understands the importance of the right coverage when you need it most. She's passionate about helping you and your family navigate Insurance products and make informed decisions tailored to your needs. Married to Ray, with three adult children, Rhonda shares her home with three pets: a ragdoll named Toast, a Maine coon named Emmy, and a German Shepherd named Nino.
When she's not at work, Rhonda loves to travel and collect new experiences. She also enjoys spending time hanging with her Grandbaby, gardening, reading, and practicing yoga and barre to keep her mind and body in tip-top shape!

Outside of work, Kate enjoys going on adventures with her daughter and exploring the beautiful country. She also loves reading and spending time at the lake in the summer, where she can paddleboard and wakeboard with her family and friends.

Meet Andrea, one of our dedicated Insurance Advisors at EFS. With a degree in Business Management and years of customer service experience, she brings expertise, leadership, and empathy to our clients.
In her personal life, Andrea alongside her husband Arty, founded their Automotive Repairs Business in 2008. As a Mum to three amazing and very sporty girls, she is engaged in her community by managing school netball teams and a women's Premier Football Team at Hamilton Wanderers. Andrea's compassion extends to animals too, she has fostered numerous amounts of puppies for the SPCA, highlighting her unwavering dedication to animal welfare.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys quality time with her family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and watching sports. Andrea ensures our client's financial dreams are met with compassion, expertise, and genuine care making her an invaluable asset to our EFS family.

In addition to her work at EFS, Mikkayla is also a dedicated volunteer with St John Ambulance, providing essential medical assistance and care to those in need. Her commitment to helping others extends beyond the workplace, and we are proud to have her as part of our team.
When she's not busy at work or volunteering, Mikkayla loves to indulge in her passion for cars and spending quality time with her husband and son. Her energetic and adventurous spirit is contagious, and we're lucky to have her as part of our EFS fam.
